* Field Technician
The Field Technician will be responsible to perform and learn a variety of duties pertaining to internet installation in customer's homes. In addition to installation, other responsibilities include daily organization of service calls, tower maintenance, tower builds, site surveys and problem solving.
* Installer Technician
The Installer Technician will be responsible for internet installation, including networking and routers. Responsibilities include daily organization of service calls, customer relations, problem solving, and maintenance duties.
* Tower Technician
The Tower Technician will assist the engineering staff with the building and maintenance of network towers and equipment. A comfort with high places and a solid technical/construction background is required.
* On-Call Person/Customer Service Representative
The On-Call Person/Customer Service Representative will handle Xtratyme's phone messages from customers that require technical support. Depending on the type of call, it would be addressed or sent to a level two technician that can assist the customer with their problem. Schedules are custom and flexible for this position.
* PC Repair and Troubleshooting Technician
The PC Repair and Troubleshooting Technician would assist our installers with the setup and configuration of a customer system including PC, router, etc. Basic knowledge of computers with the ability to learn troubleshooting processes is required. This person would travel throughout our service area as required to support our installation personnel. Some of the work would be performed from a home office via phone and/or email.

* The Virtual Employee
Xtratyme is a leader in virtual employee operations. Each employee works "virtually" from his/her home office when not in the field and must be able to virtually communicate with the rest of the Xtratyme team. The perfect candidate will have an efficient work space available at home where daily operations can be handled. This candidate will also communicate regularly using web-based software, programs, and telephone. The work schedule will be flexible and will be independently developed. Work loading is task-based so work hours will vary based on the requirements of each task.
Unfortunately, we are not 100% virtual and the perfect candidate will need to live within 30 to 60 minutes or less from the Hutchinson/Dassel area.
* Compensation
The ideal candidate will be presented with a series of compensation options and a growth plan that will allow him/her to expand their career with Xtratyme. The compensation plan/structure will be goal-based so the candidate will be 100% in control of his/her compensation destiny.
