* Executive Secretary
The Executive Secretary will perform a full range executive secretarial and related duties using considerable independent judgment in making decisions. Xtratyme is looking for someone who has the ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area. This person will be expected to read and screen incoming correspondence and make preliminary assessments of it to decide if the correspondence should be handled personally or forwarded on to the executive staff.
* Sales Representative
The Sales Representative will return sales inquiry calls and/or emails and answer any questions that the potential customers might have. We would provide this person with various resources that would help him/her to pre-qualify the person to see if they are a good candidate for the services that Xtratyme has to offer.
* Blueprint Sales Representative
The Blueprint Sales Representative will proactively seek out new customers and/or areas using marketing materials, mailers, postcards, etc. We would ask this person to help us to develop processes and methods to expand our markets in as well as outside of the Xtratyme coverage area.
* Field Technician
The Field Technician will be responsible to perform and learn a variety of duties pertaining to internet installation in customer's homes. In addition to installation, other responsibilities include daily organization of service calls, tower maintenance, tower builds, site surveys and problem solving.
* Installer Technician
The Installer Technician will be responsible for internet installation, including networking and routers. Responsibilities include daily organization of service calls, customer relations, problem solving, and maintenance duties.
* Customer Sales and Service Representative
The Customer Sales and Service Representative will be responsible to work cooperatively with the Sales Manager and other members of the Xtratyme team to maintain existing customers and create new customers. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to managing sales calls and customer relations and setting up and maintaining the customer database.
* Tower Technician
The Tower Technician will assist the engineering staff with the building and maintenance of network towers and equipment. A comfort with high places and a solid technical/construction background is required.
* On-Call Person/Customer Service Representative
The On-Call Person/Customer Service Representative will handle Xtratyme's phone messages from customers that require technical support. Depending on the type of call, it would be addressed or sent to a level two technician that can assist the customer with their problem. Schedules are custom and flexible for this position.
* PC Repair and Troubleshooting Technician
The PC Repair and Troubleshooting Technician would assist our installers with the setup and configuration of a customer system including PC, router, etc. Basic knowledge of computers with the ability to learn troubleshooting processes is required. This person would travel throughout our service area as required to support our installation personnel. Some of the work would be performed from a home office via phone and/or email.
* Technical Center Manager
The Technical Center Manager would manage the entire Tech Center and is accountable for overseeing all services and repairs, deliveries, third-party relationships, and new business development while maintaining standard operating procedures, with the intent of optimizing employee engagement, customer service, and operational efficiency. This person needs to be someone who is highly responsible and self-driven and have a strong technical background, paired with a knack for motivating a technical workforce. Xtratyme is looking for someone who can ensure consistently high levels of service while providing problem-resolution support for employees and customers. This person will directly supervise the Tech Center Team . including time and attendance, coaching, training, leadership, hiring/termination, and rewards and recognition all while maintain clear and consistent communications with the executive staff.
* Technical Center Specialist
The Technical Center Specialist is someone who likes to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment, performing all computer-related repairs, upgrades, installations and technical support. This person also must possess a desire to share their knowledge while treating everyone with absolute respect, courtesy and professionalism. Responsibilities include assisting customers who come to the Tech Center with questions or issues that they are seeking help with. Xtratyme is looking for someone who has knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems and Internet connections all while maintaining strong research and problem-solving capabilities.
* Education Coordinator
The Education Coordinator will lead the development of an educational system that will integrate people of all ages and knowledge levels so that they can receive educational opportunities to prepare for the workforce. Xtratyme is looking for someone who has a good understanding of how to teach specific groups of students and expertise in developing educational materials while making sound decisions about curriculum options and to organize and coordinate work efficiently. This person should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Research Specialist
The Research Specialist is expected to use their strong analytical skills to assess the services and performance of competitors, companies and industries for Xtratyme. The results of these assessments will generate a research report, which is a detailed and extensive report that is used exclusively by Xtratyme Technologies. This person must have a good eye for detail, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be extremely comfortable with spreadsheets and database programs as well as able to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Programmer
The Programmer will perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of Xtratyme.s established programming procedures. This person will be responsible for maintaining and modifying currently used programs by testing and troubleshooting programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology. Some of this is done by conferring with current users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. This person will also be expected to write and maintain programming documentation while complying with Xtratyme.s confidentiality agreement with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
* Website Developer
The Web Developer is responsible for creating the look and feel of Xtratyme.s website as well as our client.s websites. This person would have numerous responsibilities and must have knowledge in a variety of areas as well as a strong understanding of how to combine new technology with creative innovations. Because this field is advancing, it's important for this person to continually educate themselves on the latest software and ideas.

* The Virtual Employee
Xtratyme is a leader in virtual employee operations. Each employee works "virtually" from his/her home office when not in the field and must be able to virtually communicate with the rest of the Xtratyme team. The perfect candidate will have an efficient work space available at home where daily operations can be handled. This candidate will also communicate regularly using web-based software, programs, and telephone. The work schedule will be flexible and will be independently developed. Work loading is task-based so work hours will vary based on the requirements of each task.
Unfortunately, we are not 100% virtual and the perfect candidate will need to live within 30 to 60 minutes or less from the Hutchinson/Dassel area.
